How We Can Help
We survey building envelopes and roofs quickly and safely using high resolution visual imaging and thermography. This is ideal for locating leaks, heat loss, failed membranes, blocked gutters and general condition issues without scaffolding or roof access. We also provide visual only options where thermal is not required.

Why This Approach Works
Ground checks and spot repairs often miss the wider picture. Complex rooflines, tall façades and restricted access make traditional methods slow and expensive. Aerial imaging captures complete coverage in one visit so you can see defects in context and plan targeted works with confidence.

Cut Time, Cut Costs, See More
One flight delivers roof and façade visuals, thermal comparisons and accurate measurements. No scaffolding, no roof walking and minimal disruption to the site. You get clear evidence for maintenance decisions, warranty claims and budgets.

What We Look For

-

Where This Works Best

Housing blocks and estates, schools and universities, hospitals and care facilities, industrial units and warehouses, retail parks, offices and heritage sites.
Safety and Compliance

All flights are planned with task specific RAMS and CAA compliant procedures. We maintain safe stand off distances, coordinate with site teams and operate outside of live works wherever possible.
